Join us for this exciting NEW One-Day "Ruler Workshop" with Award-Winning Quilter and Handi Quilter Ambassador and Educator Lynda Jackson.
Are you making the most of those rulers on your shelves? Maybe you are confused by the choice of rulers and don't know where to start. In this workshop you'll learn how to put rulers to work in order to realise the huge potential of rulerwork for your quilts.
This workshop is suitable for students with any existing level of rulerwork and will help you gain confidence in their use and open up the world of rulers and wholecloth quilting to you.
We will be looking at the use of rulers to create your own designs, including block work, borders, small wholecloths and even some of the Handi Feet. Echo Feet work particularly well with rulers and this will be covered during the day.
With one machine per student you'll have lots of opportunity to practice your hands-on work under Lynda's expert guidance.

Lynda Jackson is a Handi Quilter Ambassador and Educator who has won prestigious competitions in the UK and USA with her stunning quilts. Her wholecloth quilts in particular have won top prizes including Best in World at the Mancuso World Quilt Show.

Where can we stay?
Pershore is only 3 miles away and there are a number of places to stay in Pershore or in the surrounding villages such as The Wood Norton near Evesham. The Angel Hotel in Pershore is very variable in quality and we cannot recommend it at the current time.
There is a Premier Inn by Evesham Country Park which is 12-15 minutes drive away.
There are a number of B&Bs close by that are well-reviewed online. For more recommendations visit our Classes page on our Pinhole Quilting Website.
All the classroom areas, eating and restrooms are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.
If there are insufficient numbers to run the workshop we may have to cancel it. A refund is limited to the cost of the course that you have paid.
There are no refunds on this course. We would suggest that if you have other expenses such as hotels, flights, etc that you take out travel insurance in the event that you are ill, etc.
