Note: This class is for Handi Quilter Owners Only.
Take your quilting on to the next level with this Rulers and Fills Workshop with Carolyn James and Liz Holpin from Pinhole Quilting. It is designed as the perfect follow-on workshop to the Foundation Workshop. You could definitely do the two days back to back to help consolidate your learning.
We'll cover using rulers with tips on different ruler designs. We'll use our specially created panels - the Perfect Practice Panels and use our rulers and filler techniques to fill the Flying Geese, Circles and Borders. As a result we'll cover quilting designs, stencils and marking your quilt with pens and easy mark methods. Throughout the day we'll be changing threads and building skills with lots of hands on!
Please note that we will try to match you to the machine that you have but this is not always possible. However, you will be matched to either a standup or sitdown machine depending on which one you would like to use.
There will be opportunity to browse our range of Handi Quilter accessories, Glide and Superior threads during breaks.
