In this six month guided program we meet for two hours once a month on Zoom to master the tools that turn "artwork" into "perfect stitches." We bridge the gap between your laptop and your longarm, giving you the freedom to quilt exactly what you imagine.

What You’ll Master:

• The Foundation and Introduction - Master the interface, file management (hqv, qli, etc.), and the "Golden Rule" of Artwork vs. Stitches. 
• Drawing Tools - Move beyond pre-made shapes. Learn the secrets of the drawing tools for creating professional, silky-smooth curves and shapes.
• Design Magic - Create stunning wreaths, circular motifs, and perfectly echoed borders with just a few clicks.
• The Inspiration Bridge - Turn photos and sketches into quilting lines using the Magic Wand and Backdrop tools.
• Advanced Pathing - Personalize your quilts with custom text and master tools like Weld and Intersect. Learn how to tidy up designs so that they stitch perfectly.
• From Screen to Fabric - Design your own custom edge-to-edge pantographs and perfectly fitted designs for "wonky" blocks.

• Format: Interactive 2-Hour Zoom Sessions (Monthly on Mondays). 
• Level: Beginner to Intermediate

When is it?

Sessions will be on Mondays of each month (except August) starting on 27th April 2026, 6-8pm BST.

Each zoom session will be recorded and hosted online for students to access for a limited period.

How much does it cost?

The cost for the 6 months is £177 (inc VAT). If you live in Europe you will need to select the UK (use the Pinhole Quilting address) for the "Delivery to" address. For other countries such as Canada or United States you can put your country as the "Delivery to" address. This will reduce the VAT to zero.

This cost covers a two hour online workshop each month for 6 months, and the ability to be able to review it at any time. In addition you have the support of Pinhole Quilting.

We will set up a private WhatsApp group for you to connect with other students who are on the Zoom Classes, so that if you have questions in between time we'll be there to help you.

About Kristina

I created my first quilt about 30 years ago. Since then, I have learned so much and my love of quilting has grown immensely!!! I began longarm quilting in the beginning of 2014 on a Handi Quilter Avante with Pro-Stitcher. It was a huge learning experience, and I loved every minute of it!

After longarm quilting for a few years, I decided to begin my quilting for hire business in 2017. I love all types of quilting including edge to edge, ruler work, free motion, and computerized.

In addition to quilting for hire, I enjoy teaching others how to quilt on a longarm machine whether it is one on one, in classrooms around the world or through the many videos I have created.

When I am not quilting, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our four children, and reading.
